Privacy Policy

How mavero Studio Web handles personal data shared by website visitors and people interested in starting a project.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This policy explains how mavero Studio Web processes personal data collected through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Richard Ticllas, the person responsible for the mavero Studio Web project, reachable at info@maverostudioweb.com.

mavero Studio Web is an independent web design project currently in its launch phase.

2. Data processed

  • Data sent through the contact form: name (optional), email address and message content.
  • Data sent voluntarily by email, if you write directly to info@maverostudioweb.com.
  • Technical data automatically logged by the hosting service for the operation and security of the website, such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type.
  • A few preferences stored only in your browser (chosen language, intro already seen, opening a demo), described in the Cookie Policy. This information is not sent to mavero Studio Web.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Replying to information or quote requests: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Managing communication and any resulting project: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Retention

Messages received through the form or by email are kept for the time needed to reply and to manage any following relationship. If no further relationship exists, data is deleted or archived within a reasonable period, unless legal obligations apply.

5. Providers and third parties

Data is not sold or used for advertising. The website relies on these technical providers:

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting and receipt of messages sent through the contact form. Netlify may process data outside the European Union, with the GDPR safeguards described in its privacy policy (netlify.com/privacy).
  • The email provider used to receive and reply to messages.

If you choose Gmail or Outlook in the contact window, the selected service opens and processes data under its own privacy policy.

6. Providing data

Providing data is optional, but without an email address and a message it is not possible to reply to your request.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by writing to info@maverostudioweb.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
